REALTA, the innovative real estate agency is looking for the new head of its marketing department. You are talented in:

  • Creating effective strategies
  • Management of a communication calendar
  • Data analysis
  • Management of a small team
  • The creation and management of various events
  • The collaboration of external agencies (web, design, business dev)
  • The representation of HUB marketing with new brokers

Your typical week will consist of:

  • Manage your marketing calendar with the team
  • Oversee the quality of social media and blog content
  • Supervise the quality of graphic creations
  • Manage the creation of new websites for our new brokers with the external agency
  • Create our ads with the help of the team and external agency
  • Ensure the performance of our procurement strategies with the external agency
  • Manage the overall CRM strategy
  • Organize events throughout the year
  • Ensure the onboarding of new brokers
  • Manage and coordinate the various marketing requests coming to the HUB
  • Competitive intelligence and monthly reports

You must master:

  • Meta Suite
  • They can go
  • Microsoft suites
  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – The basics
  • CMS: WordPress
  • CRM: Zoho (it’s a plus, training will be done)
  • Impeccable written French and English, spoken bilingualism
  • Excellent writing skills
  • A keen graphic eye and a sense of detail

Working conditions :

  • Status: Permanent
  • Expected start date: As soon as possible – training will be carried out with our current director
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
  • Salary between $75,000 and $85,000 depending on experience
